Dispatch Service
Here at PPF Trucking we understand that you must keep your wheels turning in order to maintain your pockets full. We specialize in helping small fleets from one
to ten trucks find the best loads with the best rates possible. We have many years of experience with Flatbeds, Dry Vans, and Reefer loads. Stop spending endless hours
calling brokers and filling out paperwork and let us do that for you. Our dispatcher's profiles do not exceed more than 5 drivers at a time, which allows them to have more
time dedicated to your truck.
What We Do:
- Find the best possible load matches based on your company profile with the least amount of deadhead miles.
- Negotiate the best rate possible.
- Review all options with you and help you make the best decision on a load. We will not book any load without your approval.
- Verify credit worthiness of a broker or a shipper.
- Handle all necessary paperwork including rate confirmations, carrier set up and insurance certificates.
- Fax or email you rate confirmations and driver instructions.
- Handle all communication with the brokers or shippers.
- Follow up with your factoring company to make sure your payment is made in a timely matter.
- If you do not have a factoring company we can set you up with one or handle all your invoicing directly with the broker or shipper ($10 per invoice).
- We stay one step ahead. Once you start moving your first load we will start looking for your next load to minimize downtime.
What We Need From You:
- Motor Carrier Authority
- Insurance
- W9
- Factoring Company Contact Information/Bank account
- Over the phone, you will discuss your needs with your dispatcher. Preferred lanes, minimum rate, maximum weight and length of loads, etc.
Service Fee:
- You pay us 9% of gross load rate (min $50).
- Payment will automatically be deducted from your bank account on the 15th and the last day of every month (loads delivered from the 1st - 14th will be
deducted on the 15th and loads delivered from the 15th to the last day of the month will be deducted on 28,30,31 depending on the month).
- An invoice will be sent to you 24 hours prior to payment.
